Program Overview
The Summer Sports Program is a comprehensive, data-driven training experience designed to help athletes advance all facets of performance. The program integrates advanced performance testing, intentional strength, speed, and power development, position-specific skill work, live competitive at-bats, and professional recovery strategies. Athletes are grouped by age and readiness (Youth and College Prep) to provide appropriate coaching, workload management, and competitive environments, allowing each athlete to train with purpose, recover effectively, and prepare confidently for fall competition.
PROGRAM HELD AT:
The Grind Academy: June 1-July 31
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Times: 1 PM - 5 PM

WHO IS THIS FOR?:
While we’ve set a general guideline starting at age 13, placement is not determined strictly by age. More importantly, we look at each athlete’s overall readiness—physically, cognitively, and emotionally—to ensure they can both benefit from and contribute to the training environment.
